This 12-megapixel camera, with a 28-300mm f2.8 constant aperture, optically stabilised lens, looks and feels like a hybrid. Olympus calls it a ''compact'' but it has about the same volume and mass as the OMD E-M5. It shares some of the features of the E-M5, including the high-resolution electronic viewfinder and tilting LCD. It adds smartphone/tablet control via wi-fi and some useful bodycontrols.
