It's not often you hear someone complaining about a pair of bóóbs but lawyer Thomas Gooch has done just that, after being put off in the workplace when a particularly busty woman sat near him in court.
Gooch said that the woman in question was sat next to the opposing lawyer Dmitry Feofanov and served absolutely no purpose other than 'drawing the attention of the jury away from the relevant proceedings'. And his attention too, by the sounds of things...
However Gooch denies that his complaint to judge Anita Rivkin-Carother had anything to with her, er, assets, instead suggesting that she was not professionally qualified and adding: 'personally, I like large breasts.'
We bet he does. It all sounds a bit like when that infamous Wonderbra billboard ad caused drivers to crash at the sight of Eva Herzigova's goods. But obviously that had nothing to do with the fact that she was semi nakéd.
